An internationally active reinsurance company is expanding at its Zurich location and required additional workspaces. Trispace developed a flexible workplace concept that can also be expanded in the future. By optimizing the open-space area, new zones for collaboration were created, along with an additional hot-desking area. The former boardroom was transformed into a multifunctional space that can be flexibly adapted to different uses with mobile furniture.
The redesign of the cafeteria included a doubling of the usable space as well as a wide range of different seating options. Furthermore, the look and feel were aligned with the revised branding guidelines. Depending on the spatial concept, the atmosphere was individualized through the use of colors, materials, and furniture. Ultimately, the client was provided with a harmoniously colored and acoustically perfectly coordinated working environment.
