BT (British Telecom) collaborated with our planning team to use its Swiss headquarters in Wallisellen as a pioneering pilot project for future international refurbishment projects. In addition to transitioning to an activity-based working concept, a European customer hub was created with the Customer Experience Center—unique within the telecommunications industry. Trispace’s role as general planner was to create an inspiring environment that enhances productivity and employee satisfaction.
As the first office worldwide, the new corporate identity design was implemented and consistently applied in close collaboration with BT’s branding team.
